The title was named after James Graham Goodenough who was appointed commodore of Australian Station in 1873. By 1875, he was wounded by a poisonous arrow while conversing with the The Awaswas at Santa Cruz and died from tetanus a few days later. Minor hairlines and a reverse rim nick.
