Finland. Prephilately. Nice small and rare feather letter from Tavastehus (Finland), dated May 24, 1796 to Somero, Nyland and Tavastehus county by Crown Mail. Also with nice crown coil and Carl Gustaf Söderberg was addressee. In the red seal (Chancellery of the county Tavastehus) is just a small part of the feather still attached. Full written content. Notation "S" is probably for easier mail handling including route. Rare to find Finnish feather letter from this time. Small traces after mounting, overall good quality!
