Useful mostly used collection, mostly used including Washington #1, New York 5ct #9X1, various imperfs to 12cts of the 1851 issue, then 1857/61 inc unused 12cts Scott #36, 1861/62 virtually complete to 90cts, 1861/66 to 24cts with unused 5cts Jefferson (Scott #76) and 2cts Blackjack (Scott #73). Very high cat. Mostly fine quality.
