Depicting Karl XII facing right, his back and right shoulder depicted enclosed by the text CAROL.XII. REX. SVEC. Approximately 14×16 mm. Beautiful, prooflike specimen. XR. The engraver style of the medal is similar to Stralsund's coinage 1706–1709, hence this medal is probably struck during this period.
