Coins, Russia. Alexander II, Bitkin 166 (R3), 5 kopeks 1860. Rare variety of Eagle type of 1859. Sold by James Elmen as Proof – we would tend to agree with that designation. Graded by PCGS as UNC-details rim damage. The supposed rim damage appears to be a small edge clip at rim at 3 o'clock. Please inspect! UNC. See certification at PCGS
