Interesting Royal proclamation signed by Ulrika Eleonora in Stockholm September 27, 1731, while active regent during her husband's travel to Hessen (Germany). Also more writing in Finland and e.g dated in Helsinki October 23, 1731 by P. S. Stierncrantz. Then sent by Crown Mail with lovely crown coil with notation "to be published in Sarijärfwi and Witasarij" and "conveyed by district postal farmers through night and day". Multiple signs of natural aging. Scarce to find Ulrika's signature on document when acting as ruler in the King's absence. Ok quality regarding to the rarity. Transcription enclosed.
