Switzerland. Collection ★★/★/⊙ 1843–1943 in box. Amazing well written up in German, five albums on home made pages with focus on covers and postal cards, stampwise there are a few Canton stamps, a full set 'strubels', good coverage of 'Sitting Helvetias' and with some perf. varieties. Later there is some scarcer items e.g. perfins, se-tenants, booklet O-I (Pro Juventute forerunner) and some organisation stamps. The main value is the comprehensive postal history items with postal cards, postcards, covers and air mail items incl. balloon post and Zeppelins. Worth mention is a 1843 pre-stamp cover, Several 'Sitting helvetia' covers. and some early postcards (1899–) and early air mail. Much more not mentioned. Viewing is recommended.
