An outstanding collection, 99 % complete including very scarce variety on 96 mal on 200 mills (only 80 issued), the Fazzan o/ps with coloured certificate Sas #201–231. Cyrenaica complete defins + services complete, Libya and postage dues. A wonderful collection on album pages, seldom seen so nice. Huge catalogue. NB. The collection is not all MNH, but about 50% is MNH includiing the important items.
